All my exercise today came from cleaning. However, I am the world’s laziest, and if I can do it by sitting on the floor and making piles around me before actually moving stuff around and putting things away, I do. Which means there isn’t really a lot of calorie-burning happening. But yesterday’s workout has definitely had an effect on my abs, so it’s nice to know I’m doing something right.
It’s weird, though, I rarely am hungry before 2 or 3 pm these past few days, and if I don’t remind myself to eat earlier, I don’t. I actually had to set Outlook alerts the past couple days. What’s up with that?
